MEET TONI

Hi, I’m Toni Kittrell. I believe healing isn’t one size fits all; everyone has their own story, strengths, and path forward. I provide compassionate, personalized care to help kids, teens, and adults navigate challenges, build confidence, and create lasting change.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Carolina A&T State University, a Master’s in Human Services, and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. My professional experience includes community-based mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, child welfare, care management, and working with the older blind community. I’ve supported clients and families in coordinating services, accessing resources, and finding solutions that meet their unique needs. This background allows me to provide practical, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s journey.

As a wife to a veteran, I know firsthand the challenges of military life, having navigated three deployments while being a stay at home mom. These experiences give me unique insight into resilience, transitions, and balancing family life, which I bring into my work with clients.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids, which keeps me grounded, inspired, and constantly reminded of what matters most..

My Approach

Collaborative

My approach is collaborative and personalized. Together we’ll design a plan that fits your unique needs. I focus on building on your strengths, fostering resilience, and cultivating growth and balance in your life. All sessions are online and offered during evenings and weekends to fit into busy schedules. My goal is to make therapy accessible, comfortable, and effective so you can focus on what matters most: your well-being.

Integrative/Holistic

I take an integrative, holistic approach to counseling, combining evidence-based techniques with a focus on the whole person. This means addressing emotional, mental, and practical aspects of life to create meaningful, lasting change. Each session is tailored to the individual, considering their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
